Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Why No Refunds?

Our products are digital goods (source code, documentation, project files) that are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products:

• Once downloaded, digital products cannot be "returned"
• The intellectual property and source code are immediately accessible upon delivery
• It is impossible to verify whether the product has been copied, used, or distributed

2. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be considered only before the project files have been delivered or accessed. Once delivery is complete, cancellation is not possible.

3. Customized Projects

For customized project services:

• No refunds will be issued once work has commenced on your customized project
• Partial deliveries or work-in-progress are also non-refundable
• Cancellation before work begins may be considered on a case-by-case basis

4. Modifications & Additional Charges

Payments made for project modifications are also non-refundable. Please ensure you clearly communicate your requirements before modifications are initiated.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion:

• If the delivered project is significantly different from the description
• If there are critical errors that we are unable to resolve
• Duplicate payments or billing errors

Such cases will be reviewed individually. Please contact our support team with detailed information and evidence.
